The meeting will include information about the IDA program and a workshop for first-time homebuyers.

You must attend an application session in order for your application to be considered.

     Please bring the following with you to the application session:

• Your completed application packet
• Your valid photo ID (driver’s license or state ID)
• The most recent tax return for EVERY household member who files taxes
• The two most recent paystubs for EVERY household member who is working
• Proof of any other income (TANF, pensions, child support, etc.)
• A $15 money order to cover the cost of your credit report
