The meeting will include information about the IDA program and a workshop for first-time homebuyers.
You must attend an application session in order for your application to be considered.

Please bring the following with you to the application session:
- Your completed application packet
- Your valid photo ID (driver’s license or state ID)
- The most recent tax return for EVERY household member who files taxes
- The two most recent paystubs for EVERY household member who is working
- Proof of any other income (TANF, pensions, child support, etc.)
- A $15 money order to cover the cost of your credit report
